Pros

Great training, young culture in the offices. Opportunity to learn on the job.

Cons

Where do I start. Glorified telemarketing job. You have a quota of 100 cold calls minimum a day spread out over and AM and PM blitz. Your manager will randomly listen to your calls live without any warning, the client you are assigned determines the large majority of your ability to hit quota. You can get stuck with a bad company with a poor product, and no matter how good you are at your job you will not hit unrealistic quotas. Your managers are being pressured by the managing directors, so be prepared to get fired if you get a bad luck of the draw on a client. Also HORRIBLE pay, don't get fooled, you will make 40k a year to cold call. Also no work life balance. The company got a sued for not paying overtime to employees.

Pros

SDR basics training, backbone building, a chance to identify your strengths and weaknesses, experience at the lowest standard to help you understand your worth and potential

Cons

blind and desperate promotion that leads to organizational failure, promoting "yes men" instead of the right people, lack of foresight when making decisions, not investing time and resources towards new ideas

Pros

Can start a tech career here I guess.

Cons

Extremely unprofessional and scamming company as a whole. Pay and commission is a glorified pyramid scheme. Experienced racism and sexual harassment here. They will over work you to the point where they are taking advantage of you. Management is rude, passive aggressive, and extremely unprofessional. They will treat you like you're a child and underneath them. Everyone drinks alcohol and vapes in the office. The company was literally sued for working people illegally overtime and not paying them correctly while I was there. I did learn a little about tech sales, but over all felt very used and uncomfortable while I was there. If you can, find another way to get your foot in the door of tech.
