Pros

Genuinely enjoy coming into the office, being on a team really helped me learn and develop my sales skills. The environment is great and promotes communication, I never felt siloed off and was always able to speak with top performing salespeople. This allowed me to learn tips and tricks from the best so that I could improve my sales numbers. I really didn't know what to do after college, and I am glad my recruiter reached out to me and got me a role here. If you work hard you can accomplish goals and get promoted or hired out by your client which is ideal if you are just getting started in sales. Also I had a child a year into my tenure and they were so accommodating to me, I got 2 months paid leave which allowed me some of the happiest times in the world with my kid, that I wouldn't have been able to do at a lot of places as a father.

Cons

I'd say a lot of the cons just go with sales in general. If you want to be successful you really have to work hard, and while having a good support system in place to improve your skills is important, at the end of the day you get out of this job what you put in. Some of my friends in sales outreach think 100 dials a day is crazy, but to me it seems normal. There are high standards here but if your end goal is to hit quota and earn bonuses each month your standards should be high.

Pros

Coaching and mentorship are the most valuable pieces of working here. If taken seriously, you can grow a ton as a sales professional during you’re time. Implement the coaching advice and you will be shocked at the improvement over time. This is a great starter role to get prepped for future opportunities. FaceTime with clients allows you to see both sides of the business and potentially grow a relationship with a future employer.

Cons

Compensation is low for the amount of work.

Pros

Best sales training program i have had Incredible team of like minded individuals who are eager to be the best sales people they can be Incredible networking opportunities for all sales roles in many industries but especially for tech companies Incredible growth paths whether its being highered out by your client or working your way up the ranks at memoryBlue (growthpaths are also available much faster than in other companies)

Cons

Only real con is the pay is a bit lower than industry standards, but the experience you get allows you too negotiate higher pay earlier on in your career (also as i mentioned in the pros the growth paths are much quicker so you can work your way up quickly, i was in talks with my boss about being a manager by the 5 month mark) Not really a con but you have to be determined and ready to put in the work. Training is not easy alongside the normal work load but like i said its the best training you can get. But thats temporary and your teamates are always there to help. Collaboration with your team is key and with how fast you can grow you will go from the trainee to the trainer within months. Like all sales roles you have to have a great mindset and a solid amount of grit but going through the ups and downs of sales is much easier when your whole organization is riding the same rollercoaster!
