Pros
Great atmosphere - if you are a bit older, it may feel like you are running around with kids who are 'still living the dream'. I guess that's better than old ladies and gents who are stiffs. if you ride the system and perform (which is a good, and fun way of living it) you willlll get paid nicely within the next year. think of it as graduation....again.
Cons
soooooomachhhhpapaaaworkkk. new hire process is forever - you literally will be there with all the other new hires doing paperwork at 6p. Or you will decide to not do it. but they will get mad about that. and you have a "great schedule" but when you use your free time for yourself, that might bite you in the tuchus
