Pros

Energetic atmosphere Lots of training Quarterly happy hours

Cons

If you are stuck with a difficult client (which you don't have control over) you won't make much (if any) bonuses. Managers are sub par

Pros

Great training and culture. memoryBlue gives you the keys to be successful. Follow the process in place and you will do well. Culture is the best I have ever seen (video games, happy hours, team incentives, sports, beer, etc.). Average employee makes 70-80K after working there for 1 year.

Cons

There definitely is some luck in which manager/client you get. This has a big impact on your chance of hitting quota and getting hired out. Have seen some ugly exits with people who decided high tech sales was not the right path for them. Management can also be a little metric obsessive at times.

Pros

excellent formal tech sales training. great first job out of college.

Cons

everything else, no long term career opportunities, purely a short-term opportunity, as their clients can hire you away. coworkers gossip and trash talk management too much. crammed and loud workspaces.
