Pros

memoryBlue has a super fun and exciting atmosphere that is a perfect place to begin a career, specifically if you're looking to kickstart a sales career or just start networking within the vast network of tech sales. It also is specifically designed to support its employees to grow within their position, become elevated within the company, and continue a strong career trajectory beyond memoryBlue.

Cons

The company is primarily recent college grads looking to start a sales career, which means a very young atmosphere which isn't everybody's preference. The SDR role also has a high turnover rate, which can mean it's hard to keep up company culture, although memoryBlue combats this well with company culture events etc.

Pros

absolutely none other than i got a check years later compensating me for the abuse that happens in that office

Cons

management is terrible, you are a product and you’re treated like one, absolutely impossible to hit most quotas, work you over your contracted hours on a very regular basis (daily)
