Pros

Being an SDR is what you make of it and if you're good at communicating, work hard, and are mentally sturdy then this position may be a good fit.

Cons

Success can be random depending on the campaign your assigned. If you get a bad campaign with no desire or need then it will be hard to hit your quota and unfortunately the managers don't think this way. If you are unsuccessful they will make it feel like it is 100% your fault and your campaign is a good one, you just don't do your job right.

Pros

If you get lucky with a great manager, they will help you develop great communication skills, how to deal with clients, and improve your selling skills. They have great training & workshops for self improvement. Definitely look at this job as a opportunity to move upwards in the tech sales industry

Cons

Sometimes if you do not have the best manager who believes in you, it will be a tougher experience. Pay is not the best in the world, recommend for recent graduates.
