Pros

Bottom line with memoryBlue, they will take you in with no sales experience and equip you with the tools to be successful in the industry. It's up to you to push yourself to really take advantage of those tools. Great way to get your foot in the door of the tech sales world.

Cons

Work/life balance: They make you go into the office every day 8:30-5 to do about 3-4 hours worth of work. It is excessive. Compensation: It is terrible. Commission structure, bonuses, base salary it is all bad. Preforming well does not translate into big bucks here. (You need to look at this company as I listed in the pros, you don't come here to excel financially, you come to get trained and to get your foot in the door. Academy: An outright joke, a kiss a** favoritism contest. An unfair and rigged system. The facilitators are just awful and do a poor job of helping you through training. You'll gain experience and find success through trial and error, not through being a teachers pet. Management: Your experience is heavily dependent on your manager. I don't understand how some of these people became managers but the good ones really stand out from the rest.

Pros

Solid training program, great place to learn to begin your sales journey. Great company to get started, don't plan to have a long term career here though. Think of it as a sales bootcamp.

Cons

Terrible Pay. Lull you in with good bonuses the first few months if your hitting quota. Hitting quota isn't easy but its doable. Pretty much no incentive to do well after 3 months though. They make you stand up while you dial sometimes which is a little ridiculous.
