Ok Company, but lacks structure

-Easy job duties and responsibilities -Schedule made in advance -intimate and small setting, so you are familiar with Leadership and Upper Management -Therapy dog

Cons

-lack of communication to front desk staff when changes are made -families not respecting general protocals and squeezing management to have their way

Nurse to patient ratio is the best you will find

Pros

The pay is good far as working for the company and not agency right now. The nurse to patient ratio I'd awesome you will never have more than 20 patient ever. They are a very clean facility and always have supplies.

Cons

They point system is deadly you can get double points on holidays inclement weather days after vacation and when I say double I mean 6 or more for one day 32 points you gone
