Pros

I built wonderful relationships with residents and their families. The facility is clean and well maintained. Supplies are plentiful. Top of the line for rehabilitation.

Cons

Benefits are cut on a continuous basis. The DON is mean spirited and "unethical" in her business dealings. No autonomy as employees. The management style is from the 1950's. Rules and regulations change from situation to situation depending on the person.
