Pros

Low pressure, good coworkers, a lot of knowledgeable people available for support. Great benefits to go with average pay.

Cons

Have to deal with government rules and regulations. Lot of bureaucracy to deal with. Approval sometimes required by both board and city council. Little to no raises in last several years.
