Management changed and the store went down hill from there. Dishonesty and deception. Money went missing - first time in the entire time I was there - after new management came to the store then they would blame it on people who had been there without any issues. Certain management would then make employees show him their bags to "prove" they didn't steal. That same management would then tell employees that another member of management was the one he knew was stealing and he was just looking in people's bags for show until he had proof it was her. She was someone who had been with the company for a while and never had any issues and they never proved it was her. Again, money only started going missing when that higher manager who was looking in our bags joined the team.
