Pros

Working hard with your co-workers and reaching goals. But the main thing is working with customers, for example, if you like to talk to strangers and meet different people also like sales, then S&K is a great place for you to work. If you ever need a day off or you're too sick to work. They are okay with you not been able to work, unlike one of my previous job where if I called out without a doctors not, I would be toast.

Cons

The brand or lack of brand and style of clothing.

Pros

One of Furtune Magazine top 100 companies to work for! The "servant Leader" philosophy is apparent. Your Manager would never ask you to do something the he/she would not do themselves.

Cons

Retail hours... politics will come into play eventualy

Pros

The Men's Wearhouse is excellent at promoting personal and professional growth. Through tuition reimbursement programs, TMW encourages associates to continue learning. The 401(k) package, with employer matching, and paid vacation are all available to part-timers. In addition, there are corporate health and smoking cessation programs available to help all associates to become healthy and strong-minded. Management is trained to be understanding and how to increase store team morale in the best ways possible. Associates are well respected by senior management and the CEO answers all e-mails personally through his "Open Door" policy. There is great opportunity to succeed within the company and advance one's career.

Cons

Men's Wearhouse is a retail establishment, requiring working long hours during the holidays and other peak times, up to and including Prom/Wedding Tuxedo Rental seasons.
