Cons

long hours , NO work life balance. show up late make it up by 2 times what you were late, nazi style attendance policies, overbearing, below average pay, micro managing bosses, extremely dirty work environment, working weekends, no opportunity for advancement, extreme amount of chronyism in the work place, Lack of standards when it comes to maintenance, Almost Zero engagement froin the work process from supervisors, There is a value system but never followed, Everything is done as cheap as possible. All and all a really dead end job very terrible place to work.

Only decent wage if you work 50+ hours a week. Corporate office out of touch with real world. Long hours. often feel like baby sitter for people that can not shop without someone holding their hand

Pros

$2.50 bonus for working weekends. IPS (Instant Profit Sharing checks) if you achieve 1,000 and worked past December 15. It's 2.5% of your annual income plus 2.5% every year up to 15%. You get some decent gifts every holiday and birthday that can range from chap sticks to a stainless steel spatula.

Cons

The politics of the management: General Managers are very strict. You can stay hours later after close if it means to get the job done; and that usually results in clocking out at 11:30-12am every shift. Not an ideal job if you have a significant other, children, or pets at home to tend to. They will deduct up to $200 every week on your payroll if you damage something.
