Pros

It is located in town.

Cons

Dishonest, disorganized, immature, condescending visiting upper management, unrealistic expectations, LOW PAY, misleading job advertisements, training that you are expected to do at home on your own time, and low morale across the ranks.

Pros

Ok hourly rate. Weekend pay slightly higher.

Cons

Pulled a "bait and switch" on schedule description. Very long hours on a very thin fatigue mat. Breaks were infrequent. Front end management has serious communication issue with staff.

Pros

Profit-sharing, large amount of overtime if wanted, extra $2.50/hour on weekends, training, better than food-service I suppose

Cons

Big brother culture, shift end time varies, forced to work every other weekend, store in Bismarck is severely understaffed, raises were $0.10 a hour (based on length of time worked), small amount of vacation
