Not a bad place to work

Pros

I have found this is a pretty easy job to advance at. With a good work ethic, and ability to take the initiative on things, advancement is fairly easy at this job. Starting out, pay isn't phenomenal, but once you reach management, (which isn't too difficult) pay can be pretty great once you add in bonuses and such. ESPECIALLY because this can be achieved by someone who has none to little education outside of high school.

Cons

You are working retail and with the general public, so you can basically expect negativity in the work environment on a daily basis

Pros

Set schedule every week with options to work overtime almost every week. Mangers would listen to input and created a safe work environment

Cons

Sometimes there was mandatory overtime. Hard to get a day off unless you gave management a several week notice. Break room left a lot to be desired
