      Pros

      Everybody is no nice and friendly. Wouldn't want to work anywhere else. Loved coming here before I even worked here because they treat me like an actual guest.

      Cons

      There really is no cons besides having to deal with sometime angry customers, but that's a given with any retail really.

      Pros

      Management is approachable, and it is easy to advance with the company if you are willing to transfer to a new store.

      Cons

      Long shifts make for a long week, every other weekend off is nice, but you dread working on the weekends

      Pros

      Fun place to work at if you have good co-workers and managers. Profit sharing at the end of the year is nice. There is always something new to set up for or to design for a Guest every day, which makes every day go by faster. Can move up to assistant manager positions very quickly.

      Cons

      Can have ever changing hours and customers sometimes expect things that we can't offer. Being a retail company everyone must work Black Friday. It is about the bottom line and not actually helping the customer reach their desired goals.
