Pros

There training program is up to par.

Cons

Too many. I worked at Menards for 8 1/2 years and it's a joke. The weekend rules are so strict you can get fired. If you go over a couple of min's on the time card you can get fired. They motivate you by firing other people. The benefits were horrible and often times if you were at home you were still on call. John Menards treats the company like a puppet show and his employees suffer from it. I can't wait to see him step down and will literally celebrate at Applebees that day.
