Also corporate isnt very loyal to its general managers who don't meet "sales expectations". They are constantly demoted every you look from a GM down to a DM. Then to advance again they have to be willing to relocate again. Not a lot of trust.

The way that they offer employee discounts could use some work. You can get the 10% discount on items up to the amount that you have earned but not been paid for yet. This makes it hard for part-timers to effectively use their discount on larger items.
