To start, 10 cent raises every 6 months, i worked there almost 2 years and got it once. If your in highschool i hope you dont have plans to do anything with your life because doesnt matter if your available to work theyll schedule you and youll be forced to work regardless. another thing is theres so much drama throughout the entire store, there is no secret untold. The GM's the biggest instigator ive ever met and to this day still is. Management is very poor, there are no values, and the only benefit you can even consider a benifit is the GM deciding to throw you in a assistant management position without telling anyone including you.
