Pros

Can't think of many pros

Cons

The pay is too low for the amount of work you do. They want you to train in each department basically though your self taught and on your own and then expect you to pass tests to move on to next department. The department head is supposed to help with this but they are too busy to train. Then after you are awesome enough to do this you get shipped off somewhere across the state because don't expect to work anywhere near your home. Actually, many managers move. These people are young 20 somethings that have nothing tying them down like family so they can work the demanding 60 hour a week work schedule and move. During covid they gave us a whopping raise to 14.00 an hour. Took it away when they felt the coast was clear. You do it all in that store. Be prepared for injury and exhaustion.

Pros

plenty of hours to work, but no overtime some unsupervised tasks to do

Cons

attitudes of the employees are not the greatest, definitely no training that makes sense, no way to take a break to eat, unless its just a bag of chips. Walk thru the whole store just to go sit outside and freeze for 15 minutes.
