Pros

Additional 2.50$ on weekends Pays more than most retail positions

Cons

Managers are terrible Scheduling conflicts every week High turnover of cashiers, constantly short staffed, and having to train new people. Terrible training Most departments look down on cashiers because they're not knowledgeable about their part of the store. Holiday pay sucks. No time and a half. Employee discount is 10% and deducted from your paycheck.
