Simply miserable.

Pros

Somewhat okay pay, grocery on-site.

Cons

Work/Life Balance is nonexistent, the CEO is a pompous jerk who only cares about his bottom line. The "Discount" is a joke, comes out of your pay. Direct management is either too lenient or will passive-agressively micromanage you to death. On top of that all the General Office regularly tunes into the cameras in any given store to even further micromanage, leading to a workplace atmosphere of control through fear that Big Brother is watching and will audit you if they even think you're not doing everything 100% by the book. Heavily LGBT Unfriendly.

Pros

Everyone, management and team members, were very friendly. Strict rules provide sturdy management, which is good for a business.

Cons

Sometimes there is lack of communication that causes a lot of confusion, this was usually only between team members.
