Pros

Good starting pay, always kept busy, good benefits, 10% discount, can keep moving forward in the company, many opportunities, and raises

Cons

Its ALWAYS busy, but I guess that's sort of a good thing because it keeps you busy.. Working the register is also kind of complicated to in my opinion and hard to learn

Pros

Good pay Positive work environment Good people Rewarded for hard work Rebates add up for purchases made while working there

Cons

Management has a hard time grasping minor labor laws Always busy Always understaffed My location forced cashiers to put away returns (no idea why) Head cashiers liked to skip our breaks a lot Old angry men are scary 5"3 16 year old had to put 40 pound doors on the second shelf. Like, really? No real break room
