Pros

Strict rules on being late. You get your hours during the summer. There aren't many pros about this job. The pay but it's not worth what you put up with while working there.

Cons

They over work you. You constantly have to do things that aren't in your job description making you fall behind in your own work causing you to get yelled at. I was a carryout and I saw at least 10 carryouts go through there in my 7 months. They treat you like a dog. Management definitely needs improvement. Other coworkers are racist and when the become overworked they're rude to everyone. Some management is the same age as you are when hired in. They are very gender oriented. In my 7 months the all but one male on cash line was female. The GM is rude I saw him cuss out a customer and the management talks behind your back also about customers. There is a lot of drama. Overall this is a terrible place to work for you will regret going into work everyday and begin to question why you do it.

Pros

The people you work with can at times be really great, in-home training, variety in approved uniforms.

Cons

Management, 10% Discount that comes OUT OF your next pay check. (Buy $30 of stuff, 27 comes out of your next paycheck), being consistently called in as a cashier because they lose people faster than they can keep track, no care of the days you told them you COULD NOT work 2 weeks ahead of time, points if you have to drop a shift-- even when someone else covers said shift, inconsistencies in people knowing what the policies actually say, extremely strict dress code, (bleach blonde hair is apparently so un-natural I was told to change it), breaks extremely short, write ups for talking to co-workers when the store is dead and you have nothing to do as a cashier.
