I was unsure about joining the firm at first because of the negative reviews I had read. But after thinking it over, I decided to go with my gut and take the job. I have been with the firm for almost a year and even though it’s fast-paced and there are high expectations, I feel like I’ve grown a lot professionally. It can be challenging, but I really enjoy working with my team and find the experience worthwhile.
