PTO is great I get 10 days of paid holidays, plus 2 weeks off which sum up to 4 weeks off! Culture is great and there is a lot of room for growth.

Cons

I haven't seen any cons so far.

Bullying. Power hungry males who yell at a majority of a women based employment. No opportunity for raises or benefits.

Knowing you are helping the community. Learning about immigration system.

Cons

Management favoritism. Audio and camera surveillance 24/7, displays distrust in employees. If one manager disliked any employee, all others turn against them. Constant shaming in meetings. Gossip around the office from management and co workers. Confidential information is repeated to other employees at the firm who are not in HR management.
