This is not the place to do the right thing, their prioritize quantity of cases/clients before a quality job. There's never a time where they recognize your effort, they only remark your mistakes and expect you to perform as an expert before you have 1 month at the role. They might care about their clients but not at all about their workers. Their work ethics is just twisted and the worst I've experienced even though it was a remote job. From the low salary they offer you still need to pay for a fee in paypal to retire your money. Please avoid working or applying for a job here.
This job really made me value the previous job I had. If you ever get the chance to work here, miss it. You'll earn more by saving this time for yourself than by attending this job. They do care about their clients but showing more respect for their workers wouldn't take anything away from them. At the interview they explained me it was more of a "administrative role" that involved limited contact with clients, which in reality once you start working come to realize is actually like a call center role, you speak to clients all day long.
By week three they expect you to perform like an experienced virtual agent which is nonsense. I explained I had been offered another job opportunity and by the next work day while trying to access my credentials I was denied to enter, therefore I got to know they had ended my contract by text message. They probably believe they look better by making it seem as if they were the ones who requested you to end your contract instead of accepting you quit due to the mediocre job they offer and that there are actually better job offers waiting for you.
They promote themselves as professionals but honestly they don't show a bit of it, neither in their ethics or the way they treat their workers. I just got to see people from "administrative positions" who were arrogant and egocentric as if their authority was above everything else without ever recognizing your effort.
Their portal interface is just a mess, receiving some advice to improve their job conditions would add more value than expecting a remote worker to get familiar with the mess they have.
