Where do I start. Micromanaged like crazy. It was so bad that they even started seeing how much time we spent in the bathroom and how many times a day we went.

The pay is okay, not much else to say.

Cons

The managers are a joke. Incredibly patronizing and hypocritical all the time. Avoid the insanity of the DFW office. Putting in your two weeks' notice and giving the reason that you don't agree with management is seen as "disrespectful", and so they will terminate you on the spot. There's a reason so few people stay here over a year. The place is horrible.
