They micromanage you, can't have phones at all they are always surveying you. They lie about the job supposedly you'll be an admin assistant but your actually an evidence collector and you'll need to basically do two jobs because they want you to learn to cover reception and you don't get paid extra they will fully expect you to do two jobs for no extra pay. Management doesn't know anything. People keep quitting everyday yet they don't change. They'll get other people who have only worked there for a few months to train you because they don't have anyone to do it because they keep quitting! If you are sick you NEED a doctors note or you will get written up. Strict about time so if you are even 1 minute late you are in big trouble. Strict about the clothes. Even if you get a promotion the pay stays the same so they don't really do raises. There is a ton of favoritism. Honestly there are so many cons to working here. I definitely would just not waste you time and find something better. TRUST ME for your peace of mind just don't. They DO deny your PTO even if its an emergency or something really important.
