good benefits, great staff, educational options

Cons

disorganized room assignments, techs let go to accommodate budgeting, director not involved in actual floor going on. Feel very alone on duties, computer system is dos based, no private rooms except 3 per floor, patients all want private.

lots of great employees and group of people to work with.

Cons

never seems to be enough tech's as a nurse you do a lot of primary care, this is a hospital for profit.
