      Pros

      Physicians pleasant to work with. Back of building landscape is pretty to look at..

      Cons

      Unreasonable work load, no life work balance, lack of training, Employees are over worked and expected to work 50-60 hours a week on salary. CEO does not make any decisions because he is afraid of making mistakes- he surrounds himself with women and has no male VPs, directors or managers. Little advancement opportunity. High turnover. Despite company stressing employee retention in talks, have not seen any action to indicate this is a priority. Poor health insurance benefits for a medical company. Hospital is dirty. CFO is cold and unapproachable.

      Pros

      Nothing. The building is pretty to look at. They are so archaic with technology it's ridiculous. They claim to be on "the cutting edge" but they are far from it. They don't even take take of employees and are oblivious to work life balance!

      Cons

      Overall message being sent to employees is. "We don't trust you to do your job; and, at best it's not a good enough job". They sure don't like anyone to ask questions, come up with good ideas, or rock the boat. Felt like a jail sentence. Never have I been so disappointed. It sucks the life out of you. Work loads are too much to bear, don't work for them.
