The schedule was pretty flexible and the company offered pay raises when staff worked on holidays or snow days.

Cons

Even though the schedule was flexible, there were a lot of times staff had to stay past their shift for unknown reasons, a scheduling mistake or simply some miscommunication. Lots of gossip and rumors.

Since I worked part time it was very flexible with my schedule. Wonderful boss who gave good feed back which helped with improvement.

Cons

Even in the year I was there it was difficult to transition from part time to full time. Pay could have been better.
