      Pros

      Great communication and management within company. Good organization to be a part of. Never had any complaints. They made everyone feel like part of a team.

      Cons

      There aren’t really any cons that I can think of except maybe that pay could be higher but I think overall it was fair

      Pros

      Rewarding work helping people see, discover, and rediscover what makes life worth living and watching them blossom. Challenges to create meaningful workshops and facilitating them. I found it to be a very creative place to be.

      Cons

      Make sure you know what is expected. Always ask for permission because what may have been okay before may not be okay now.
