Pros

The money per mile is nice. And a starting later in the day is nice.

Cons

Lack of leadership. Incomplete training to handle the job.you don't know what you did wrong until they give you a written warning. And the do not disclose how much data is on the computer until you run over and then charge you for it.hr is completely unhelpful. They encourage you to take time off and then push you for your attendance.

Pros

Good coworkers. Understanding superiors. They understand when you need to take time off.

Cons

Too much drama. Two tier call out system- very stressful. Low salary for education demand. ( about 38 k a year) Expensive health insurance, same cost as the market place. Does not fiscally support continuing education. Conforms to other agency ideals in the area. Case load sizes are too stressful. Overall, way too stressful of a position. Taking time off with covid can be difficult.
