      Pros

      Rewarding work helping people see, discover, and rediscover what makes life worth living and watching them blossom. Challenges to create meaningful workshops and facilitating them. I found it to be a very creative place to be.

      Cons

      Make sure you know what is expected. Always ask for permission because what may have been okay before may not be okay now.

      Pros

      They are constantly hiring for anyone that can use a quick job. You end meeting some good coworkers.

      Cons

      Management needs help. This place has employees who walk around smelling like marijuana. You hear about when someone gets terminated and that information should be confidential. So overall the professialism is not all there.
