Supportive culture but low pay and inconsistent hours

Lgbtq+ friendly environment, relaxed uniform requirements, great community and culture, supportive coworkers

Cons

F&B team is paid less than other team members (15 an hour while retail/guest service gets 18), write ups given very frequently for small issues, limited hours/shifts (some people only get 8 hours a week in the form of two 4 hour shifts), shifts can be almost like an on-call basis (you'd only get hours if someone calls out)
