Pros

Projects are unrivaled in scale for the field of immersive art. Startup environment is exciting and fast paced. The majority of the staff are brilliant, eccentric, and community minded.

Cons

The company is at a crossroads. Current executive leadership does not demonstrate values of transparency, innovation, or trust. They are bringing an outdated corporate structure and culture to what was once a progressive workplace. It's a shame. If they continue in this direction, creative output will suffer.

Red Flags

Pros

Some cool benefits through local companies, and some very creative minds...

Cons

... what's left of them, considering they laid-off SO many of them "due to COVID." In reality, it's now become an Outsourced Art Collective. Misogyny runs rampant, and is very evident in pay discrepancies across the board. Creativity has been demolished by the corporate mindset. Red flags were everywhere before COVID, and those who raised them out of concern and care for the actual art were the first squashed and/or let go - but that's nothing new, as this is upper leadership's MO. Want to work on thees cool ideas? Then best work with their newly contracted companies instead.

Pros

Cool co-workers and neat projects ideas.

Cons

Company leadership talks the big talk, but then fires large amount of employees every few months. Project processes are non-existent, There is no structure for any work process so you are left to flounder as you attempt to perform your job. The Company used COVID-19 as an excuse to fire half of the company in April 2020, even though it as being planned anyway under the companies nose.
