      Pros

      Fast paced, startup environment. Tons of passion in every department, and an amazing growth rate. A fun place to work, full of bright and exciting people.

      Cons

      There is a lot of work to do, and not enough people doing it. Be ready to work like you've rarely worked before. Seriously, don't apply if you want to slack off, or sleep.

      Pros

      +great culture, good people & positive morale +great product ...and still getting better +relaxed environment (no cube monkeys here!) +plenty of perks (free lunch everyday, great events, free beer, yoga classes, etc.) +room for growth -- if said person is hardworking and knows what they want! +great location (sunny Mission district) + whiners, complainers and lazy people will not be happy here as the job can be very challenging at times (Pro: for me, Con: for them)
