      Pros

      Merced College has the best health benefits you will ever find with any employer. There are some other good aspects also, such as the nice people you work with and the students you get to help succeed in life.

      Cons

      Merced College has way too much favoritism among Administrators and Managers. There is also too much of the "good-ol'-boys-club" attitude going on. Everyone "says" their mission is about the advancement of the students, but in reality it is every department and person for themselves. This creates a very hostile attitude between employees at times.
