Pros

The people are great. Good reputation in market. Fantastic client base.

Cons

Silo mentality means that different parts of the business do not all pull together for the common good. US ownership means that decisions are taken that may not be best in UK context. Can take a long time for changes to take place. Technology often not up to speed.

Pros

It's a good place to work because it looks good on a resume. Other than that, it's a dead end job with no opportunity for advancement. Several jobs have been outsource over seas, and several other jobs are in the process of being outsourced.

Cons

The micro-managing. There is no chance for advancement if you are not in the in crowd. The pay raises and bonuses are almost non existent. Clients are lied to about the jobs being sent overseas, it is a big secret.
