Pros

You will meet some great people who may not work in your local office.

Cons

Despite the company's stated commitment to being 'people first,' there appears to be a disconnect between messaging and actual practices. Career advancement opportunities seem limited and might depend heavily on informal social networks rather than merit-based performance. Observed lack of diversity in leadership positions and limited upward mobility for minorities. Verbal commitments and promises for growth/advancement were not followed through with concrete actions. Project staffing process could benefit from more structure and oversight. Disconnect between sales and delivery teams can impact workflow consistency. Resource management and workload distribution needs improvement Communication gaps between management and project teams. Accountability structure may benefit from clearer alignment between sales and delivery expectations.

Pros

-Great team to work with. -Good work life balance if you log off when phone lines close. -Good job to get some experience in the work field. -Enjoyed some aspects of the job. -Some people on calls were very nice.

Cons

-Lots of turnover. In my time there, I think we hired 6 people just on my team. -Not enough workers for the work - Overloaded with work. Also bad work distribution, I had more responsibilities than others in my same role. -Most deliverables end up late due to lack of workers. -Phone calls - they said around 5 calls a day when I started. I took around 10-20 on an average day, with the most being around 40 calls in one day with people out. -Lacking on the technology front. No email to participants due to "security purposes." -Was expected to stay an extra half hour certain days due to helpline closing later. Wasn't compensated for extra hour or so each week.

Pros

Pay would be good but factor in working up to 12-13 hours a day and the pay is below 15 an hour

Cons

Everything .... duties just pile up and they expect you to be a project manager all while babysitting up to 20 reps who take calls.
