Flexible work/life balance in some cases. There are some really smart, really helpful people that work here but they are few and far between.

Cons

The technology is in the dark ages and all management cares about is shipping as many jobs overseas as possible. The recent reorganization was poorly communicated, poorly planned and poorly executed.
