Cons

No accountability for management and their actions Very “clickish” - if you don’t fit in to their mold regardless of your work ethic, your days are numbered Poor work culture campus wide - various departments have the same complaints about management Don’t expect anything to be done if you voice your feelings on how you’re treated High turnover!!
