Pros
Really nice working environment, team work, flexible hours and good people
Cons
Just basic benefits, average salary (best case), highly demanding company with huge workload / lacking of people and very agressive deadlines. Merck's values are really good, but the company doesn't live up for them. No focus on people (very poor human resources dept) which compromises work & personal life balance.
