Company is sucessful and stable but needs to focus now more on employees

People, manager, casual atmosphere, stable company

Cons

Company is acquisition-happy (2 major acquisitions within 6 years) and several changes in leadership has resulted in increase of workload on the employees without commensurate increases in pay for most of us.

Good pay and benefits, employee camraderie, flexible hours, good life/work balance, good working environment, annual wage increase, generous 401K match

Cons

Wage increases are cost of living only, some management is off site and unaware of what their departments roles and responsibilities are, some managers promoted to their highest level of incompetence. Growth paths not offered.
