      Pros

      some roles have flexible and hybrid working patterns (not mine or any other associate level scientist though). has actual entry level roles that don't require stupid amounts of experience. if you're good in a cliquey environment you'll do great :)

      Cons

      Very Hierarchy based, progression based on time accrued rather than skill or potential. Salaries don't improve much as you progress. It has a culture of praising the reporting of other staff, which has encouraged many fake reports internally which makes working there feel unbearably stressful as if you don't get along with someone they can continually report you for being 'non-GMP' and cause you a lot of hassle. No Union.
