People, those that work at BioReliance, are a committed talented group of individuals. WHen working for BioReliance you know that you are contributing to the health and well-being of the world. It would be good to hear more from our clients on the products we test. The work environment is very dynamic currently, and there is scope to develop if working for the correct manager.

Cons

Some leadership can be lacking, firefighting has become the norm. Space is of a premium and expansion is desperately required, There is space in Stirling not being used which is embarrassing. The usual secret pay structure.

Interesting projects in healthcare Trying to fit together all parts of the business. Interesting open office concept in the Swiss offices (Aubonne)

Cons

Decision making takes extremely long. Decisions are often left to single projects, which is OK when things turn out fine, less fun when the outcome is not certain and the ownership of the outcome is assigned, There is still a fashion of blaming for mistakes and sometimes even the messenger. Many projects are launched but then abandoned
