      stable job 10 years+ in cork plant

      Cons

      company set up around looking after the office staff and shift workers are forgotten about. e.g problems are dealt with on monday mornings.

      Somewhat difficult to integrate with cliques due to lots of long time served staff. Lack of new blood.
