      Pros

      The company is amazing and there are good chances to grow and learn a lot, my boss was an amazing person and gave me great opportunities

      Cons

      The transparency in Merck México is pretty bad and the organization in many departments even worse. The lack of training for people, the directors using really cheap psychology to motivate employees that are really tired of the blaming (for the bad decisions they made) and threats of being fired, the time waste in making reports and the lack of trust on their people. The base salary for sales positions is way too low ( average:1000 dollars monthly)

      Pros

      I was working in a nice working environment with a lot of helpful colleagues. My boss was supporting me a lot at the beginning and we had a real good connection. Furthermore it was really well paid

      Cons

      The project i had to work on could be sometimes a little boring and frustrating. but since it was a job as a working student it didnt matter that much.

      too many structural changes within business. should wait for a chance to adjust before bringing in new changes and buying new companies
