Good base salary benefits, strong brand name, rich company with history, potential if they modernize their management style. Work-life balance is OK.
Cons
Very hierarchical & political, not enough emphasize on people management (skills), top down management, lack of communication to & involvement of employees, very local oriented (therefore limited career options), strong need for (German) processes and policies; emphasizes on how you do it, instead of the result.
